We want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Every product is carefully packaged to provide maximum protection for our stone reliefs and decorative items during transport.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) to the delivery address provided when placing your order.
We process all orders as quickly as possible. Once your shipment has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Croatia: 3–5 business days
- European countries: 7–10 business days
- Countries outside Europe: 15–20 business days (shipping is currently unavailable)
Orders are dispatched on business days only. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier schedules, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Payment Methods
You can pay for your order using one of the following methods:

Returns
Please inspect both the packaging and the product upon delivery.
If your product has been damaged during transport, please contact us as soon as possible at info@brattia-originals.com and provide:
- Your order number
- Several photographs of the damaged product and its packaging
- A brief description of the damage
Once we receive your claim, we will review it. If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transport, we will arrange either a replacement product or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
